RICS has stated its continued commitment to ensuring that home buying reform works in the public's interest as the Queen's speech announced the inclusion of the Housing Bill in the next parliamentary session. Jeremy Leaf RICS housing spokesman said he hoped to see the bill by the end of the year and for it to address some of the concerns and reservations RICS has about its seamless introduction.
