Discusses how a high court judgement following the theft of the latest Harry Potter book "Bloomsbury Publishing plc and another v NewsGroup Newspapers Ltd" ([2003] EWHC 1205, [2003] 1 WLR 1633) has enabled injunctions against nameless persons to be granted when there is the threat of trespass, particularly when related to protests or demonstrations. Examines the steps taken through the whole process from when the threat of trespass is first realised, through to going to court and what to do once the protesters have left.
