Annual house price inflation in London stood at 6.2% in October, which was an increase on the September figure which stood at 5.4%. Whilst in the UK, house price inflation for the same period stood at 12.1% an increase from the 11.0% in September. The mix-adjusted average house price for the UK was £161 365 an increase on the September figure of £158 576. Statistics include a regional breakdown of figures, and an analysis of the type of buyer.
