The seasonally adjusted index for retail sales at constant 2000 prices in the three months to November was 1.4% up on the previous three months. The average weekly value of retail sales in November based on non-seasonally adjusted data was £5 100m, 2.8% higher than in November 2002 and 10.3% higher than in October.
