[2003] EWCA Civ 754, 9 May 2003. Application by claimants (R) for permission to appeal together with an application for an extension of time in which to appeal and for permission to adduce fresh evidence in respect of a LT decision (LT, Abs64784) on a preliminary issue. The LT proceeded to make a valuation on compensation (ACQ/23/1999, Abs66233). "Held" applications for appeals dismissed on the grounds that they were appeals against fact rather than points of law.
