Looks at two new codes of practice for the Disability Discrimination Act 1995Part II, issued for consultation by the Disability Rights Commission (DRC), to replace existing codes. The two replacements are longer than the originals, partially because the law is now more complicated and partially because they contain more examples of how the new law is intended to operate.
