P appealed against valuation tribunal decision that a seed warehouse was exempt from rates as an agricultural building under the Local Government Finance Act 1988 Sched 5 para 7. "Held" that a seed warehouse occupied by a body corporate whose members were principally farmers' co-operatives and seed growers' associations was not exempt from rates as none of the members occupied agricultural land.
