Attempts to clarify the new obligations of landlords relating to fixed equipment, following the new forms of tenancy introduced by the Agricultural Holdings (Scotland) Act 2003 s16. Short limited and limited duration tenancies will now have obligations to provide fixed equipment which enables an occupier reasonably skilled in husbandry to maintain production.
