DTI innovation review seeks to plug gaps in renewables strategy

Discusses an official review of renewable energy sources which sets out plans to focus support on technologies seen as offering the greatest environmental and economic potential to 2050. Wind power is expected to remain the dominant renewable energy source until 2020 but government is also proposing to build a biomass industry.
