A new draft PPS9 "Biodiversity and geological conservation" has been launched. The planning policy statement and its accompanying draft circular are open for public consultation until 9 December 2004 and are available at: http://www.odpm.gov.uk/stellent/groups/odpm_planni ng/documents/page/odpm_plan_030964.hcsp.
