Looks at concerns over proposals to make investment in UK real estate easier with a tax efficient mechanism, which would mean more work for lawyers. They would have to adopt a more multi-disciplinary approach. Concludes there will be a need for existing property companies to restructure so they fit the constraints of a REIT.
