Lease terms for commercial lettings have continued to become more flexible, the main areas being lease terms, tenant break options, rent reviews and repairs. Concludes that the UK leasing system has changed dramatically over the last 15 years and landlords and tenants can look at alternative lease structures to find something better suited to their needs.
