Do you have a duty to warn? - 2005 - Construction News (6909) 24 March 2005, 15(1) .

Discusses the issues involving the duty to warn with regard to English law. Notes that there is no general duty to warn but this does not mean that it cannot be found to exist in certain circumstances. This could apply to the recent disclosure that a Larfarge cement works had been supplying substandard cement for projects in southern England as liability can apply to a contractor or subcontractor who fails to warn of a defect which subsequently caused personal injury or damage to property.
