[2005] EWHC 778 (TCC), 26 April 2005. Trial of two actions between a main contractor and a subcontractor concerning the validity and enforceability of an adjudicator's decision. C claimed against D an order enforcing the adjudicator's decision. C also applied for summary judgement under Part 24 of the Civil Procedure Rules. D contended that the adjudicator's decision on target cost was outside his jurisdiction and should not be enforced. The judge decided that D failed in his challenges to the adjudicator's decision and so C is entitled to an order enforcing that decision.
