"McCullagh v Lane Fox and Partners Ltd" CA 19 December 1995 held that a vendor`s estate agent did not owe a duty of care to the purchaser for a negligent mis-statement over size of plot. "Hedley Byrne" principle applied. (See also WB3004-54).
