Gives details of construction market trends. Notes that construction output in the fourth quarter of 2004 was 1% higher than in the previous quarter and 3% up on the same period in 2003. This healthy economic outlook will continue into the second quarter of 2006 with tenders continuing to outstrip retail price inflation. Further investment in the health and education sectors will boost public non-housing output by 5% in 2005.
