Mr R B Shutler FRICS FAAV has been appointed as Chief Executive designate of the new Valuation Office Agency . The vesting date for the new Agency is 30 September 1991. Neil Barrett has been appointed Director of DOE Property Holdings with responsibility for the Government`s civil property portfolio.
