Discusses the third European money laundering directive. Approved on the 7 June by the Council of Economic and Finance Ministers. It is expected to come into force later this year and will need to be implemented by the UK government within two years. Once in force, it will replace the previous Directives (Directive 91/308/EEC and Directive 2001/97/EC)
