The hot topic for occupiers
Morley, Stuart
The hot topic for occupiers - 2005 - Estates Gazette (0530) 30 July 2005, 84-85(2) .
Looks at the results of two surveys on attitudes towards ecological issues. Both surveys were done in conjunction with Estates Gazette, the first with the CBI, the second with GVA Grimley/Liverpool John Moores University on behalf of Maple Grove Developments. Research shows that occupiers are becoming increasing aware of the importance of sustainability to their choice of occupation and their occupational policy. Occupiers see the key factors pushing changes to the property market as the cost of resources, potential UK legislation and the EU directive on the energy performance of buildings.
