([2005] EWHC 1385(Ch), unreported) Wendy Fair operates a relocated fair on Wembley's Olympic Way. The fair was moved to this location due to the redevelopment in the area. B owns a building at the end of Olympic Way, and needs continuous access to the building. B complained that the market impeded access to the building and sort an interim injunction. The court granted the injunction, which required W to provide a wider corridor of access to B's building.
