Discusses the different planning powers devolved to the Loch Lomond and the Trossachs National Park Authority and the Cairngorms National Park Authority. The former is responsible for deciding all planning applications and to enter into planning agreements within the National Park, while the latter only has the power to call in applications where there is a general significance for the National Park.
