Reports that the JCT is to launch a digital service in November 2005. The new service will be on CD, with online updates available on subscription. Users will be able to customise their own JCT contracts, and build up a library of clauses which they use on a regular basis. It is recognised that there are potential cost and technology implications, especially for smaller firms.
