Spaceover enhances its mortgage and insurance appeal

BRE Certification has issued technical approval for the modular Spaceover Building System, confirming that it achieves consistently low levels of sound and heat transmittance, high fire resistance and excellent weather tightness and durability. On the strength of this approval, mortgage lenders and insurers are now prepared to allow homebuyers to purchase Spaceover apartments and houses. The approval covers Spaceover structures up to four stories in height.
