Reviews employer's statutory obligations, HSE guidance to both employees and employers, symptoms and diagnosis of vibration white finger (the most common condition associated with HAVS), and discusses evidential problems in proving vibration white finger, particularly in the light of the comments in "Whalley v Montracon Ltd" ([2005] EWCA Civ 1383, Independent 24 November 2005).
