Reports on the TrustMark scheme, a new standard for domestic building work, which it is hoped will finally force cowboy builders out of existence. Already 5,000 members from 10 trade associations have signed up to the scheme. It replaces Quality Mark, which failed to attract industry support, primarily because of the expense involved in joining.
