It will comprise of eight key areas: 1) on-line retailing; 2) planning policies; 3) future modes of transport; 4) the impact of changing demographics and consumer patterns on centres, including Third Age shoppers; 5) market space; 6) retail business models; 7) the future of brands and their importance to the landscape; and 8) the role of architecture and design in future shopping places.
