Reports how Faithful and Gould successfully undertook the management of a complex and sensitive regeneration development in Newcastle-upon-Tyne. The project management strategy identified key issues including communicating with the numerous stakeholders, client management and co-ordination of the design team, and programme management. In addition, contractors and major sub-contractors were appointed on a quality-only basis.
