Reviews the results of the "Regeneration and Renewal" survey of planning directors and social house builders' views on HM Treasury's bid to introduce a Planning Gain Supplement (PGS). Contrary to the largely negative media coverage of PGS the survey found planners and social house builders open-minded to PGS' possibilities. Full survey results are presented.
