Outlines the steps required to be taken by a landowner who wishes to force a telecommunications operator to remove a mast from his property. The landowner must comply with the Telecoms Code set out in the Telecommunications Act 1984, as well as the relevant provisions of the Landlord and Tenant Act 1954, if a lease was created at the outset. As this is potentially a lengthy process, it is better if possible to reach a negotiated settlement.
