The participants consisted of 30 property investors and 30 property bankers, many who are larger players in the European property market. It focused on collecting qualitative data on topics such as the lending market, projected returns, rental growth property investment yields, new areas of interest in the property investment market and property energy certificates. In conclusion, the results indicated that because occupancy levels are rising, lending into the property investment market looks like a safe option in 2006.
