In previous years, the Norwegian property market has been largely overlooked by foreign investors, despite strong returns and low correlation to other markets. This possibly due to the fact that Norway is a small country and it is outside any pure EU or EU mandate. However, international investors are now discovering the potential of the Norwegian property market and are now on the verge of doing business in both commercial and residential areas.
