Impacted as-planned analysis

Impacted as-planned analysis - 2006 - Contract Journal 433(6522) 26 April 2006 27(1) .

Looks at the impacted as-planned method of delay analysis, which relies upon the use of the planned programme, and can be use for both prospective and retrospective delay analysis. This method is simple to undertake, present and comprehend, and is also probably the cheapest available. It does not, however, take account of as-built progress, and is therefore subject to criticism if used for retrospective delay analysis.
