Presents the fund performance to the end of March 2006 of the member funds of the Association of Real Estate Funds. Pooled Property Fund (PPF) returns remained strong during the first quarter 2006 at 4.8% although down from the exceptionally high level of 7.4% during the fourth quarter 2005. First quarter 2006 returns continue to be dominated by downward yield movement as heavy investor demand continues into 2006. Tables covering PPF rolling unit price performance, asset allocation and unit price performance.
