Knight Frank forecasts a 7% increase in agricultural land values this year on the back of strengthening farmer demand. The slight slippage in bareland values in the first quarter of 2006 is seen as blip rather than a pattern. Demand has risen by 10% over the first three months of the year and much of the increased demand has come from commercial farmers. Table.
