Presents the full results of the April 2006 HBF regional survey of house builders. Both site visitor numbers and reservations continued to run above last year's levels in April, although both balances declined slightly from the previous month, while smaller builders saw a sharper improvement than larger companies. There is evidence of an acceleration of house price growth, although the use of sales incentives continues to rise.
