Reports that property markets in central Europe are showing the same characteristics as the west, with eastern markets rapidly converging. Looks at the rush of capital into Polish, Hungarian and Czech property despite yield compression and lacklustre rents; the shift of buyers towards eastern Europe's new emerging markets, Romania and Bulgaria, in the light of yield compression in previously favoured countries in the region; and worries of oversupply blocking rental growth, as seen in Poland and to a lesser extent in Hungary and the Czech Republic.
