BRE, in collaboration with the Housing Corporation, has launched EcoHomes XB, a sophisticated but easy to use tool designed to assist housing associations and local authority landlords in judging the environmental performance of their management structure and existing housing stock, highlighting properties in need of attention. Management policies, energy, transport, pollution, water, health and waste are among the topics covered by EcoHomes XB.
