Construction output is anticipated to be 2% higher by the end of 2006, and 2.7% higher by the end of the following year, according to the latest RICS construction forecast. This follows a fall in growth in 2005, the first for 11 years. Both commercial building and public housing are expected to increase, although industrial property growth is expected to fall from 11% in 2006 to 1% in 2007.
