Considered whether a Leasehold Valuation Tribunal had jurisdiction under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1985 s27A to exercise discretion as to the date by which service charge sums found payable by a tenant had to be paid. "Held": the tribunal can only determine the rights existing under the lease, so the sums were to be paid at the date and in the manner provided for in the lease.
