The total return forecast for 2006 has risen to 16.5%, and although confidence has increased for 2007, concerns over yields in 2008 have deepened. For the period 2006-10 the consensus is for total returns of 8.2% pa, up from 8% in May. Over that period, offices show the strongest rental growth at 5% pa.
