Presents the full results from the July 2006 "HBF regional survey of house builders". Site visitors and net reservations were up in July compared to a year ago with both balances strengthening. New home prices rose for the seventh consecutive month in July. The rate at which the use of sales incentives is rising has stabilised. The industry remains confident that 2006 sales volumes will outstrip those seen in 2005. The recent increase in activity has been more heavily focused in southern England. Charts and tables.
