Looks at selected results from the APM survey of project management which asked respondents to estimate the success of their project in four areas (budget, completion time, scope, business benefits) using original and change controlled targets. Overall figures show that around 90% of all projects meet their change-controlled targets, although the completion of projects on time presents the biggest challenge to project managers.
