Presents the full results from September 2006 "HBF regional survey of house builders". Although visitor numbers dipped in September, net reservations were up strongly continuing a trend seen throughout 2006. House builders lifted prices in September but did not increase their use of sales incentives. The industry is optimistic about price prospects for the next 12 months and also for sales growth. The biggest demand constraints are house prices and delays/chains. Planning delays remain the biggest constraint on production. Charts and tables.
