Property industry launches occupiers satisfaction index research

The research, due for publication in March 2007, will measure how successfully landlords and other suppliers across retail, office and industrial sectors are meeting the needs of occupiers. The resulting index will be based on interviews with a panel of 250 occupiers across the UK commercial customer base. The Property Industry Alliance and CoreNet Global UK are championing the project.
