The Queen's Speech has set out the government legislative agenda until November 2007, with 26 bills, four draft bills and three new white papers. Comments on the following six bills and two white papers specifically affecting the surveying profession: Consumers, Estate Agents and Redress Bill; Climate Change Bill; Tribunals, Courts and Enforcement Bill; Local Government Bill; Greater London Authority Bill; Draft Road Transport Bill; planning reform white paper; and energy white paper.
