The Urban Regeneration Agency has been ordered to pay more than £200,000 it retained for a three month period against the purchase price of a property in lieu of the carrying out of an environmental survey. The agency claimed that it had a further three months to pay the £200,000, but the court ruled that BBS was entitled to receive the remaining money after three months, not six.
