The appellant landowners appealed against a decision finding in favour of the respondent in relation to the precise line of boundary between the parties' land. The appellant also applied to introduce new evidence. "Held": it was decided that, as the earliest conveyance relating to the land was from 1947 the new evidence could not be admitted.
