Came into force on 6 December 2006. These Regulations amend the provisions of the Finance Act 2003 Part IV (Stamp Duty Land Tax). Reg1 provides for citation and commencement. Reg 2 provides that the Finance Act 2003 shall be amended in accordance with Schedule to the Regulations. The Schedule contains the amendments to Part IV.
