Presents full results from the November 2006 HBF regional survey of house builders. Site visitors were up slightly on a year ago following three months of small declines. Net reservations were well ahead of last year's levels for the 12th successive month. House builders raised their prices in November for the 11th consecutive month. The industry remains optimistic about sales prospects for 2007, with the October balance (+56%) even more positive than the October result.
