This is an appeal by Arrowdell Limited, the landlord of a block of flats against the decision of the Leasehold Valuation Tribunal for the Eastern Rent Assessment Panel on a collective enfranchisement under the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 1993, Sched 6.
